Perfect 7 minutes gluten free breakfast idea!

It's like one-egg omelette per person, but with zucchini or courgette for you and your kids to eat healthy.
Replace your go-to simple coffee breakfast with a healthy breakfast! A good example for your kids! I am sure you can wake up 7 minutes earlier to prepare the 7 minutes gluten-free breakfast.
Two large eggs
One cup shredded courgette or zucchini
One cup shredded cheese
One cup ricotta
Two tablespoons flour
Salt
Pepper
Mix all together, add on a hot pan and fry like the omelette.
For a fancy note, add some chopped dill.
