20 minutes 4 ingredient potato tart is all you need for dinner after a long and exhausted Monday.

Mix all the ingredients, chopped: 2 cups of boiled potatoes, 1 red pepper, 1 red onion, 1 cup of dried cheese with 1 cup of sour cream and 3 spoons of olive oil. Add a sprinkle of salt, black pepper and oregano.

 Bake in the oven at medium heat for 20 minutes.
