Chicken schnitzel quick dinner

Chicken schnitzel quick dinner recipe can help you save time for family dinner.

I used frozen chicken leftovers (you can also use boiled chicken breast) and a coat made from mixed ingredients: one egg, one cup plain flour, salt, pepper and 1/4 cup of cold mineral water. 

Coat the chicken stripes with these and fry for 1-2 minutes each side.

For the salad, I used one green salad, two fresh sliced tomatoes, fresh cucumber slices and one fresh sliced onion. For the sauce: dill, yogurt, garlic powder, salt, pepper and chili.

Assembling the dinner: first layer chopped veggies, second layer chicken schnitzel stripes and top with the yogurt sauce.
