A healthy dinner from a cancer survivor

My mom was diagnosed with cancer...twice! And she is alive. First time, she was diagnosed with cancer 13 years ago (breast cancer) , and secondly, 6 years ago (thyroid cancer) and she is still struggling with the second diagnose.

Healthy dinner - how to prepare the recipe

With all the natural ingredients, it will not take more than 15 minutes to prepare it.
Clean 6 large potatoes and put it into the heated oven for 45 minutes.
Separately, mix 10 garlic cloves with 100 ml sour cream and 250 ml yoghurt and some fresh parsley, 1 teaspoon of honey and 100 g cheese and of course, salt.
The mixed ingredients are added on the top of the hot potatoes. It's yummy!
It is a delicious meal easy to prepare and definitely, very healthy.
My mom recommend it.

Healthy dinner - salad for dinner

Chopped in small pieces 3 carrots, 1 celery, 1 apple and mixed with 3 spoons of mayonnaise made in home and 2 spoons of yogurt and chopped parsley.
It is served on top of roasted bread in the oven.
It's the best salad ever!
