Bicycle on rice

Bicycle on rice is a quick meal for kids. 

Everyone knows how to cook rice: one cup of rice to three cup of water, bring water to boil over high heat and let boil rice in the water for 10 - 12 minutes.

For the bicycle on top of the cooked rice, you need pickled beet root, scallion and black olives.


Love the look of this!! Perhaps add some sticks of cheese or stips of ham for the frame of the bike though. Otherwise your child will not be getting any protein!
