I was away for two days.
I had a break and I spent 2 days in the mountains, we had rainy days….but fresh air and quiet. It was excellent. Beautiful! Fresh air and a lot of sleep…….
So less stress and more nature is healthy.
Even if I drink coffee without sugar or honey or milk or cream, so I drink a black coffee, I found out too much coffee is not healthy for my breast cancer fight.From now, I am going to drink only a cup of black coffee a day: half of the cup in the morning and the second half in the afternoon. I have to see the cup full of coffee two times a day to keep me going…….so less is healthy.My motto: keep it simple, keep it healthy.
Today I start jogging. It is for me health. I am hoping to help me fight better my breast cancer.
But it is hard. I Cam only run for 30 minutes and I feel exhausted… So less time spent on TV, more jogging…more healthy.
Try to add your ten daily principles:
Less coffee, more walking outside ( try to walk or jogging for one Hour per day).
Less stress, more sleep.
Less sugar, more fresh fruits. Apple are good for health.
Less TV, more laughing…
