Tasty meatballs recipe from two cancer survivors
If you love meatballs, here you have a healthy tasty meatballs recipe from two cancer survivors: me and my mom.
Tasty meatballs with olive oil is a healthy meal recipe from two cancer survivors : me of breast cancer and my mom, thyroid cancer survivor.
Easy, healthy, tasty…we all love meatballs. It reminds us of childhood!
Add carrots, onions, parsley, bread, salt, pepper, one egg, olive oil and of course ground pork meat.
Ingredients:
– 5 cups ground pork meat
– 1 cup finely chopped onion
– 1/2 cup finely chopped carrot
– 1/2 cup finely chopped bread, no breadcrumbs, just two days old bread
– 1 large egg
– 2 garlic cloves squash mixed with 5 teaspoons olive oil
salt, pepper, parsley
Mix together, use your hands and make meatballs pressing the fingers and put it in hot sunflower oil in a pan until it is brown on each side.
If you like with a marinara sauce, prepare it in a different pan like this: add some tomato juice from a can with salt, pepper, basil and boil for 2 minutes.
If you have time, I recommend to rest in the fridge for a couple of Hours the meatball mix, before fry it in sunflower oil.

5 minutes salad of a cancer survivor
Here you have the 5 minutes salad of a cancer survivor. It ia cheap, all seasons compliance and so delicious.
Carrots, onions, dill, bell pepper, olive oil, lime juice and here you have the cancer survivor salad.
Add some chickpeas and you have a healthy lunch or dinner.

I was just looking over some of the comments on my blog and I like to view the blogs of those that leave comments so here I am. I can’t imagine what you are going through. Life can sure be a roller coaster. I will pray for you and continue to follow. Good luck and hopefully we’ll see good news on here soon. And I agree…less stress is definitely healthy.
