I believe less is more healthy. And I live each day that way. Thank you for today. Thank you for a smaller tumor, my left breast tumor has shrunked since last year. Thank you, God, for more health! Thank you, God, for my big smile. I am trying to exercise more each day more…. thank you for my determination and my daily motivation to keep running for my health.

Christmas is a miracle for my mom

I love to spend Christmas with my mom, my dad, my sister and her husband and my 3 year old nephew. Another Christmas with my mom is like a blessing from God, my mom has thyroid cancer and I have breast cancer. My mom is a hard working person, has God in her heart and prays daily. My mom is very, very brave to fight cancer for the second time. I love to spend Christmas with my mom and my big family, more than twenty five members: aunts, uncles, cousins….And we like to enjoy a big Christmas party where everybody brings sweets, homemade cakes or cookies or main dishes or bottles of wine.     My mom loves Christmas   My mom likes to listen Mariah Carey Christmas carols. She has an old CD and daily, she is working on her gobelin tapestry Christian Saint and listen to this old CD.   Xmas is like a real party for our family. We all cook and go to church and pray for my mom to get cured and my aunt. I have an aunt, one of my mom’s sister who has thyroid cancer too. My mom has another four sisters, no brother.   So, we are very close and trying to help each other. We cook naturally, organic also for my dad who has some liver problems and a heart disease.

Eat vegetables every day

Eat vegetables every day is one of your objective for this year? It should be, you can live longer having a healthier lifestyle.     Let’s start with the morning healthy breakfast: 20 strawberries 2 bananas chopped in small pieces 200 g sweet sour cream and some dark chocolate for decoration Mix all the ingredients and decorate with dark chocolate. You should know strawberries and dark chocolate are indicated for a better functioning of your heart and blood. Eat vegetables every day!

A healthy lunch with fresh vegetables

Mix 8 fresh tomato cherry cut in two with 2 fresh cucumbers chopped with 1 fresh red onion chopped, 100 g corn and 200 g cheese, spread 1 teaspoon of olive oil and salt, white pepper and lemon juice.

A healthy dinner with fresh vegetables

Start with 8 mushrooms chopped in hot oil for 2 minutes. Mix the 8 mushrooms chopped with 4 fresh tomato cherry cut in two, 2 cucumbers chopped, 1 red onion chopped, salt, white pepper and lemon juice. On top, add bread croutons.
