My favorite cake these days is mosit lemon poppy seed cake with melted chocolate…..no lemon glaze, no. In the morning, a cold black coffee with a pinch of cardammon near a big slice of moist lemon poppy seed cake with melted chocolate is all I can dream of to have a wonderful day. I’ll post here my recipe ready in 30min in the oven after 10min of preparation the perfect moist lemon poppy seed cake with melted chocolate.

We all need a 2 minutes salad to go with meatballs! When we don’t want meatballs pasta! And a simple salad is better than a fancy one. If you love meatballs, here you have a healthy tasty meatballs recipe from two cancer survivors: me and my mom.   IMG_20170809_175405_BURST001_COVER   Tasty meatballs with olive oil is a healthy meal recipe from two cancer survivors : me of breast cancer and my mom, thyroid cancer survivor.   Easy, healthy, tasty…we all love meatballs. It reminds us of childhood!   IMG_20170809_172329_BURST001_COVER   Add carrots, onions, parsley, bread, salt, pepper, one egg, olive oil and of course ground pork meat.   Ingredients: - 5 cups ground pork meat - 1 cup finely chopped onion - 1/2 cup finely chopped carrot - 1/2 cup finely chopped bread, no breadcrumbs, just two days old bread - 1 large egg - 2 garlic cloves squash mixed with 5 teaspoons olive oil salt, pepper, parsley   Mix together, use your hands and make meatballs pressing the fingers and put it in hot sunflower oil in a pan until it is brown on each side. If you like with a marinara sauce, prepare it in a different pan like this:  add some tomato juice from a can with salt, pepper, basil and boil for 2 minutes. If you have time, I recommend to rest in the fridge for a couple of Hours the meatball mix, before fry it in sunflower oil. Enjoy the tasty meatballs recipe from two cancer survivors.

5 minutes salad of a cancer survivor

Here you have the 5 minutes salad of a cancer survivor. It ia cheap, all seasons compliance and so delicious. Carrots, onions, dill, bell pepper, olive oil, lime juice and here you have the cancer survivor salad. Add some chickpeas and you have a healthy lunch or dinner.

Starting tomorrow, I’ll quit smoking. Starting tomorrow, I’ll never gonna eat sugar again. Starting tomorrow, I’ll go to the gym. Starting tomorrow, I’m going on a diet to lose weight. Starting tomorrow, I’ll read one book per month. Starting tomorrow, I’ll save some money to go one time per week to watch a movie to the cinema. Starting tomorrow….. So many things to do in only one day…a day that nobody ever saw it.

Each day should be Thanksgiving Day

For me, each day should be Thanksgiving Day. I love God for helping me win the battle with breast cancer and this is why I should celebrate Thanksgiving Day. The mission for everyone of us is to help the others and be happy and thankful. Thanks to God for my husband is healthy and loves me a lot and helps me to become cancer free. My husband is a workaholic  for so many years and since we’ve got married last year, he is dedicated totu me getting healthy. He helps me and he is running almost every evening for almost one hour and he helps me with my honey treatment and he also, sometimes, helps me in the kitchen, not too much, but for me is enough. I am positive I’ll live the day to post here I am cancer free and getting pregnant is the next very step. Let’s make each day a Thanksgiving Day!

Less is healthy…thank you for today

I believe less is more healthy. And I live each day that way. Thank you for today. Thank you for a smaller tumor, my left breast tumor has shrunked since last year. Thank you, God, for more health! Thank you, God, for my big smile. I am trying to exercise more each day more…. thank you for my determination and my daily motivation to keep running for my health.

Yes, less is more….thank you, God, for giving me cancer cause this make me rethink my life. Less work…..more time spent with my parents and my sister and playing with my lovely nephew, he is a toddler full of energy. Thank you, God.

Swimming or running

Swimming or running, what do you think? Which is the best to have a better health fighting breast cancer? I love more to run 4km or even 6km per evening… Your best friend, your mom, your sister or even you are fighting cancer? Can you help me with some advice: swimming or running?

I was just looking over some of the comments on my blog and I like to view the blogs of those that leave comments so here I am. I can’t imagine what you are going through.
