Quick healthy meal: apple and sunflower seeds


I should let you know my recipe for Apple Salad with Sunflower seeds. My small daughter likes it alot and she eats one time per week. As breakfast.


Ingredients for 4 persons:
 - 2 big apple chopped
- 2 orange chopped
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 2 teaspoons raw honey


Served warm.
