Quick healthy meal: salad with caraway seeds and chicken




Quick healthy meal:


Salad with caraway seeds, corn, tomatoes and roasted chicken.

Delicious and ready in 5 minutes (if you have some roasted chicken leftovers).


For four persons:


Mix 4 tomatoes with 4 cucumbers, 1 green pepper, 1 large onion, 1 cup of corn and 1 cup of roasted chicken leftovers. Add one teaspoon of olive oil, 1 spoon of caraway seeds, salt and pepper.
If you like the taste, you can add two teaspoons of lemon juice. I prefer without.


Enjoy the salad with caraway seeds, tomatoes and chicken, a quick healthy meal!
