And a coffee lover.

But, becoming minimalist and being more healthier means less chocolate...right?!

Not less coffee, please!

Less chocolate is my goal for this week, almost until Easter 2019...bear with me, please!

Less is healthier for me and my family

Less is healthier for me, for my family and for the environment.

Recycling is on my priority list every day.

From now on, I'll post more and consume less....my goal is to become minimalist and of, course, becoming unbusy is my ideal.

Each mom wants to work less and spend more quality time with her kids. Right?!

So, as I am first time mom, on my list is:

buying less and giving more

less toys for my baby, more joy mom and baby.

Of course, buying fewer toys will benefit my kid.

Check for first picture of my 8 months baby boy.

And less ..... is health for me!

15 min gluten free baby dinner is perfect for mom or dad gluten free diner!




15 min gluten free toddler dinner

Ingredients:

1 zucchini small chopped or shredded
2 large eggs
150 g ricotta

Mix the eggs with ricotta and dried zucchini (firstly shred the zucchini and then squeeze the liquid and save the dried zucchini).

Put in the oven 12 minutes on high heat (preheat the oven before to start preparing the 15 min gluten free baby dinner).

7 minutes gluten free breakfast idea

Perfect 7 minutes gluten free breakfast idea!










It's like one-egg omelette per person, but with zucchini or courgette for you and your kids to eat healthy.

Replace your go-to simple coffee breakfast with a healthy breakfast! A good example for your kids! I am sure you can wake up 7 minutes earlier to prepare the 7 minutes gluten-free breakfast.

Two large eggs
One cup shredded courgette or zucchini
One cup shredded cheese
One cup ricotta
Two tablespoons flour
Salt
Pepper

Mix all together, add on a hot pan and fry like the omelette.

For a fancy note, add some chopped dill.

Cheap homemade organic cookies ideas



Try out the best homemade organic cookies.
I want to offer you three recipes of organic cookies that my mom prepares on each Christmas, Easter or family party.
Easy to prepare and very delicious these organic cookies.

 Prep time: 1 hour

 Cook time: 1 hour
Ready in: 2 hours
Yields: 8 persons

Ingredients

·                 3 eggs
·                 8 spoons of sugar
·                 6 spoons of sunflower oil
·                 1 teaspoon baking powder
·                 8 spoons of flour

Instructions

1.              Mix the ingredients and let five Hours "to sleep". After that, split in four parts and put in the oven for 20 minutes.
2.              The cream
3.              - 4 eggs
4.              - 450 g sugar
5.              - 400 g butter
6.              - 100 g cocoa powder
7.              - vanilla
8.              Mix all the ingredients


·                                 Prep time: 1 hour 15 min
·                                 Cook time: 45 min
·                                 Ready in: 2 hours
·                                 Yields: 8 persons

Second organic cookie recipe - "The Roman Cookie"

·                 9 eggs
·                 18 spoons of sugar
·                 5 spoons of water
·                 9 spoons of walnuts powder
·                 1 teaspoon baking soda

 

Instructions

1.              Mix all the ingredients and cook for 35 minutes at 350 F in the convection oven and cut in three parts. When is cold, put on top half kilogram of hot boiled sugar (no water added!). And on top of that the next cream:
2.              - 200 g sugar
3.              - 3 egg yolks
4.              - 5 spoons of flour
5.              - vanilla
6.              - 500 ml milk
7.              Mixx the ingredients for 10 minutes on a hot source and then add 200 ml butter.
8.              On top add a chocolate glaze.

·                                 Cook time: 5 hours
·                                 Ready in: 5 hours
·                                 Yields: 12 persons

 

Third organic cookie recipe - "Mimose"

·                 500 grames all purpose flour
·                 4 egg yolks
·                 200 grames butter
·                 200 grames sour cream
·                 250 grames sugar
·                 1 teaspoon baking soda

Instructions

1.              Mix all the ingredients, split in foura parts and cook at 350 F for 15 minutes each part. After the parts are cold, spread on two parts orange jam or raspberry jam and put one on top to another.
2.              And we need two type of cream and rich chocolate frosting on top of the cookie.
3.              The first cream is made of 200 grames butter with 300 grames of sugar, mix well and put to the fridge for one Hour.
4.              The second cream is made of four teaspoons of flour with 4 teaspoons of sugar and 400 ml milk and some vanilla, mix all at 220 F for 15 minutes and then put to cold for the next two Hours.
5.              The two type of creams mix together after 2 Hours and mix gentle adding the juice of half lemon.


6.              This cream is filled between the two parts of the cookie and put on top rich chocolate frosting.
